DOT Compliance
Annual DOT Inspections. At your location.
FMCSA-compliant annual inspections for commercial vehicles — dispatched to your fleet yard, terminal, or truck stop. Stay compliant without taking trucks to a shop.

Why Mobile Inspections?
Stop driving trucks to the shop for stickers.
Every truck you drive to a shop is a truck not making money. Our mobile inspectors come to your fleet yard and inspect vehicles where they sit — minimizing downtime and keeping your drivers on the road.
- Inspect entire fleets on-site in a single day
- Minimize vehicle downtime and deadhead miles
- On-the-spot repairs for failed items
- Digital reports and documentation

DOT inspection questions
An annual DOT inspection (also called a periodic inspection) is required by the FMCSA for all commercial motor vehicles operating in interstate commerce. It covers brakes, steering, lighting, tires, frame, coupling devices, and other safety-critical systems. Vehicles that pass receive an inspection sticker valid for 12 months.
Yes. That's our specialty. We dispatch qualified inspectors to your location — fleet yards, terminals, truck stops, or anywhere your vehicles are parked. No need to take trucks out of service to drive them to a shop.
If a vehicle fails, the inspector documents all deficiencies and provides a detailed report of what needs repair. Our mechanics can often perform the necessary repairs on-site immediately. Once repaired, the vehicle can be re-inspected and receive its sticker the same day.
A standard annual DOT inspection takes approximately 30-60 minutes per vehicle, depending on the vehicle type and condition. For fleets, we can typically inspect 8-12 vehicles per day with a single inspector.
