A tow costs you the tow, the shop's backlog, and a day of revenue. A dispatch costs you the repair. Phoenix requests are confirmed by dispatch before assignment.

Every service and market is published as structured data with a real booking API behind it. When a fleet manager's AI assistant asks "who can clear a derate tonight," the answer books us directly.

FAQ

Common questions

Dispatch confirms mechanic availability and ETA after reviewing the request. A response time is not promised before a mechanic accepts the job.

Accepted requests receive a tracking page that shows confirmed status updates. A request receipt is not a mechanic assignment; dispatch confirms availability first.

Service requests may cover Class 6-8 commercial vehicles, trailers, reefers, RVs, and off-highway diesel equipment. Dispatch confirms whether an eligible mechanic is available for the equipment and repair.

Mechanic applicants are screened for relevant experience, insurance, equipment, and service eligibility before they can become dispatch-ready. A submitted application is not approval.

Pricing depends on the repair needed. After diagnosis, the mechanic provides a quote for approval before repair work begins. The request flow does not provide an automated estimate.

Submit an application through the Join page. Experience, insurance, equipment, and service eligibility are reviewed; applying does not guarantee approval or dispatch volume.
